Weidmüller Ladestation AC SMART ECO 11 kW 7.5m Cable

The Weidmüller AC SMART ECO charging station is compatible with the solar manager and can be configured so that the electric car is charged with 100% solar power.

The energy manager measures the current at the entrance to the house and communicates non-stop with the charging station. This in turn continuously informs the car how much electricity is currently available and charges exactly as much as is currently being produced on the roof.
So on Friday evening you plug the car into the charging station and on Monday it is 100% charged with solar power. During the week, you always plug in after work and charge a few more kilowatt hours in the evening and morning. This allows you to drive for around CHF 1.2 per 100 kilometres. (Consumption 15 kWh/100 km, solar power for 8 Rp/kWh)

The charging station can automatically switch from single-phase to three-phase current. This is very important so that you can charge from 1.4 kW when it is cloudy or in the morning/evening. If the sun suddenly shines fully on the house, the system automatically switches to three-phase operation and thus charges with a maximum of 11 kW.
