Terms and conditions

1. General

The following general terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services with go solar GmbH. Differing rules of the contractor, we hereby expressly oppose. All subsidiary agreements require written confirmation by us.

2. Delivery

The ordered items are usually sent by post, DPD or bulky or particularly heavy items with a forwarding company. In general, delivery is made to prepayments, small quantities or regular customers are supplied by invoice. The shipping charge is normally 12 SFr. For heavy or bulky items approx. 10 SFr. Per 10 kg. Deliveries with forwarding expenses approx. 60 - 120 SFr. Depending on the delivery location, size and weight. On request, you can also send by cash on delivery (+ 15 SFr.) Items which are in stock arrive within one day for shipping. If the goods are not in stock when ordering, we will endeavor to deliver as quickly as possible. The buyer is entitled to set a reasonable period of grace with a threat of refusal in writing and to rescind the order after the unsuccessful expiration of the order with regard to the delivery or service in the order. The goods are dispatched by go solar GmbH at their own discretion at the risk and account of the customer. The insurance against damages is the responsibility of the customer. 3. Technical specifications

Go Solar GmbH Solarenergy-Shop is not a manufacturer of the offered products. All technical information, data and dimensions are based on the information provided by the manufacturers concerned and are not guarantees of go solar GmbH Solarenergy-Shop for specific properties. No liability can be accepted for any printing and transmission errors.
4. Prices

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs incl. VAT. Postage and packing will be charged separately. We assume no liability for transport damage. For orders under 50.- SFr. A surcharge of 10 .- SFr. calculated.

5. Payment

All prices are calculated as net price. Our invoices are therefore payable no later than 10 days after the invoice date without any deductions. In the event of non-compliance with this payment period, our company is entitled to demand a default interest of 7% as well as processing fees. We reserve the right to execute orders from new customers and existing customers against COD or advance payment.
6. Proprietary reservation

The goods delivered remain the property of go Solar GmbH, Solarenergy-Shop, until the invoice has been paid in full.

7. Complaints and return

Complaints are to be made within 7 days from the date of the invoice, otherwise the delivery is accepted as accepted.
The following conditions shall apply:
All material must be returned unused in original condition and returned in perfect original packaging. Everything must be complete and functional. The right of return is not valid for price-reduced goods, special orders, special sales campaigns or articles ordered specifically for the respective customer. 8. Warranty

The warranty for all products delivered by go solar GmbH applies. It starts from the billing issue date. The invoice is considered a "guarantee". In the case of warranty claims, the defective material must be sent to us or the manufacturer in accordance with our specifications with the invoice copy. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by alteration or repair caused by the customer or due to wear and tear, force majeure or disregard of the operating instructions. Go Solar GmbH is responsible for the repair or replacement of the complained material.

9. Liability

The customer is responsible for the selection and use of the products. Claims for damages of any kind are excluded, provided that we have not caused the damage deliberately or through gross negligence. In no event shall we be liable for consequential damages or indirect damages.

10. Data connections / networks

Go Solar GmbH does not guarantee any data connections to devices such as e. Network inverters supplied by go Solar GmbH and also does not provide support for fault rectification when the installation is carried out by the customer. If a customer wants a data connection, this is offered accordingly and installed by go Solar GmbH. In the case of data connections installed by go Solar GmbH, an appropriate fee-based support is also provided.

11. Jurisdiction

Our business is based exclusively on Swiss law. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Niederglatt (ZH). In case of legal disputes due to inaccurate translation into the foreign language, the German version (Orignal) is legally valid.
