The ordered items are usually sent by post, DPD or bulky or particularly heavy items with a forwarding company. No liability can be accepted for any printing and transmission errors.
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs incl. VAT. Postage and packing will be charged separately. We assume no liability for transport damage. For orders under 50.- SFr. A surcharge of 10 .- SFr. calculated.
All prices are calculated as net price. Our invoices are therefore payable no later than 10 days after the invoice date without any deductions. In the event of non-compliance with this payment period, our company is entitled to demand a default interest of 7% as well as processing fees. We reserve the right to execute orders from new customers and existing customers against COD or advance payment.
6. Proprietary reservation
The goods delivered remain the property of go Solar GmbH, Solarenergy-Shop, until the invoice has been paid in full.
Complaints are to be made within 7 days from the date of the invoice, otherwise the delivery is accepted as accepted.

The customer is responsible for the selection and use of the products. Claims for damages of any kind are excluded, provided that we have not caused the damage deliberately or through gross negligence. In no event shall we be liable for consequential damages or indirect damages.
Go Solar GmbH does not guarantee any data connections to devices such as e. Network inverters supplied by go Solar GmbH and also does not provide support for fault rectification when the installation is carried out by the customer. If a customer wants a data connection, this is offered accordingly and installed by go Solar GmbH. In the case of data connections installed by go Solar GmbH, an appropriate fee-based support is also provided.
Our business is based exclusively on Swiss law. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Niederglatt (ZH). In case of legal disputes due to inaccurate translation into the foreign language, the German version (Orignal) is legally valid.
