The CTEK XS 800 is a switch mode charger with pulse maintenance charge and part of a series of professional battery chargers from CTEK SWEDEN AB. These chargers represent the latest state of the art. CTEK XS 800 ensures maximum battery life.
The devices work with the most modern switch mode technology, which enables very compact dimensions and low weight. They feature a three IUoU charging method, thus guaranteeing a highly efficient charge. The devices are suitable for charging lead-acid batteries as well as for gel and AGM batteries. The model XS-800 is especially suitable for the trickle charging of batteries during winter. The operating status of the charger is permanently displayed via LEDs.
Well-known companies such as Porsche and Mercedes Benz have decided on these chargers. A 7 amp battery charger charges a battery in approximately the same time as a conventional 11 amp battery charger that rectifies only the AC without switch mode technology.
