Lightning protection wire 50mm2 / 8mm

If a photovoltaic system is installed and a lightning protection system is already installed on the roof, the solar system must be integrated into the lightning protection system. This requires lightning protection clamps and lightning protection wire. For the clamps, it is important to note that it is best to use stainless steel or aluminium clamps so that no galvanic elements are created that could lead to corrosion.

Aluminium clamps are best used between the mounting frame, which is usually made of aluminium and stainless steel. The stainless steel clamps are used to connect the lightning protection wire to the existing lightning protection system.
